Factors beyond our control can affect your order. Eclipse Prints cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions made by the customer once the proof has been approved and/or for errors made by the shipping carrier.
Situations that may delay your order:
- Design errors introduced by the customer.
- Delays in initial graphic design work approval, artwork/proof approval, payment, and/or communication.
- Customer supplied garments inadequately shipped (sent to the wrong address, garments were bagged or uncounted).
- If additional services are needed after printing.
